洲际酒店（英语：InterContinental），全名「洲际酒店及度假村」（英语：InterContinental Hotels & Resorts），是一个豪华酒店连锁品牌，为洲际酒店集团所拥有，在世界75个国家经营超过200家酒店。
洲际酒店创立于1946年，同年第一家酒店于巴西贝伦开幕。1981年洲际酒店集团控股公司卖给Grand Metropolitan。Grand Metropolitan为了专注于核心产业于1988年将洲际酒店集团控股公司卖给日本西武流通集团。1998年被Bass Hotels & Resorts收购，成为今日的洲际酒店集团。
