【About NTUC FairPrice新加坡职总平价合作社简介】
职总平价合作社有限公司在1973年劳工运动中创立,其社会使命是保持新加坡消费水平稳定。1973年7月22日,平价合作社首家超市在大巴窑超市开业,时任新加坡总理李光耀先生亲自出席了开业典礼。1983年,新加坡全国职工总会与新加坡雇员合作社合并,成立了职总平价合作社有限公司。
职总平价合作社由一间小小的超市发展成为新加坡零售业的龙头老大,拥有230多个网点组成的平价超市网络,旗下包括平价超市,平价“Finest”(高端店),平价“Xtra”,平价“Xpress”快捷店和“雀喜”便利店等。合作社还拥有一个新鲜食品配送中心和集中仓储和配送公司。
今天,职总平价超市以多种模式的零售业态满足不同社会阶层的多样化需求,并以为百姓谋利为宗旨,将其社会使命定位为:致力于通过稳定百姓生活费用,让人人都可以实现美好生活的愿望。

【About NTUC FairPrice新加坡职总平价合作社简介】
NTUC Fairprice Co-operative Ltd was founded by the labour movement in 1973, with a social mission to moderate the cost of living in Singapore. The first NTUC Welcome supermarket at Toa Payoh was opened by then Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew on 22 July 1973. In 1983, NTUC Welcome merged with the Singapore Employees Co-operative to form NTUC Fairprice Co-operative Ltd.
职总平价合作社有限公司在1973年劳工运动中创立,其社会使命是保持新加坡消费水平稳定。1973年7月22日,平价合作社首家超市在大巴窑超市开业,时任新加坡总理李光耀先生亲自出席了开业典礼。1983年,新加坡全国职工总会与新加坡雇员合作社合并,成立了职总平价合作社有限公司。

From one supermarket, FairPrice has grown to become Singapore’s largest retailer, with a network of more than 230 outlets comprising FairPrice supermarkets,  FairPrice Finest,  FairPrice Xtra,  FairPrice Finest,Xpress and Cheers convenience stores. FairPrice also owns a Fresh Food Distribution Centre and a centralised warehousing and distribution company.

NTUC FairPrice started its roots in 1973 with the labour movement. The NTUC FairPrice logo, which was officially launched by Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew on 29 August 2008, reinforces FairPrice’s deep rooted relationship with the labour movement while reflecting the new identity of the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC). The logo also defines FairPrice’s promise to our customers.
职总平价合作社植根于1973年的劳工运动。职总平价的标志,是2008年8月29日由内阁资政李光耀先生官方发布的,既强调其与劳工运动的根深蒂固的渊源关系,也反映了全国工会总会(NTUC)新的形象。这个标志同时也反映了职总平价合作社对顾客的的承诺。

这个标志是由职总的U标志作为 ,由三个“U”组成:
1. The small U that stands for working people of all collars, ages and nationalities in Singapore, and their families. These are the people that FairPrice serves everyday.
1、小U代表了新加坡社会各阶层的就业人员及其家庭成员,这些人不分职业、年龄和国籍,都是职总平价合作社每天服务的对象。

2. The big U that stands for the Labour Movement, made up of our affiliated unions and associations, social enterprises, staff, members and partners. NTUC Fairprice believes that we can do more together with other members in the NTUC family.

【Our Milestones发展历程】
1973
NTUC Welcome was launched to help stabilise the cost of living and prevent ing in 1973, when the global oil crisis triggered rising food prices.
1973年,为应对全球石油危机引发粮食价格上涨,全国职工总会发起成立了职总平价合作社,旨在帮助稳定百姓基本生活费用,防止投机发生。

1983
NTUC Welcome and Singapore Employees Co-operative (SEC) merged to form NTUC FairPrice Co-operative Ltd.
The Used Textbook Project was launched to help needy families provide for their children’s education, promote environmental friendliness and encourage the value of thrift.
1983年,新加坡全国职工总会和雇员合作社(SEC)合并,成立职总平价合作社有限公司。
推出“旧课本循环计划”,以帮助困难家庭子女减轻教育负担,促进环境友好,鼓励节俭。

1985
FairPrice housebrand products were introduced to offer better value and savings to customers.
1985年,职总平价合作社推出自有品牌产品,为顾客提供物美价廉的产品。

1988
The “Heartstring Buys” Project was unveiled to raise funds for the Community Chest.
1988年,启动在“心弦购买” 项目,为公益事业筹集资金。

1991  
First retailer in Singapore to implement bar-coding at check-out counters to improve productivity and customer convenience.
1991年,首次在新加坡零售商中实施条形码结算方式,既提高效率,又方便顾客。

1994
NTUC FairPrice introduced a basket of Everyday Low Price (EDLP) essential items priced equal to or lower than competitors to ensure affordability.
1994年,职总平价合作社推出了每天低价(EDLP)必需品,价格等于或低于竞争对手,确保百姓能够买得起。
NTUC FairPrice absorbed the 3 percent GST for a year after the tax was launched.
每年税后,职总平价合作社可获得消费税3% 的返还。

1998
NTUC FairPrice took full ownership of its warehouse and distribution company, a joint venture set up in 1993, and renamed it Grocery Logistics of Singapore Pte Ltd (GLS).
NTUC FairPrice launched a new store format - Cheers, a 24-hour convenience chainstore aimed at appealing to the younger generation.
1998年,合作社取得了旗下1993年合资成立的中央仓储和配送公司的完全控股权,并将其改组为“新加坡零售物流公司”。

LinkPoints loyalty programme was rolled out to provide greater value and savings to customers.

FairPrice Online was introduced so that customers can shop from home.
2002年,职总平价合作社推出电子商务,方便客户足不出户就可以购物。
NTUC FairPrice achieved Super Brand status with the Business Superbrands Council.
职总平价合作社被商业超级品牌理事会评为超级品牌。
Million Dollar Food Voucher scheme for needy families was launched.
合作社针对贫困家庭推出百万元食品券计划。
2% discount for Senior Citizens on Tuesdays was implemented at all FairPrice stores.
在所有合作社商店推出老年市民可在星期二享受2%的优惠折扣。

2003
NTUC FairPrice became the first retailer in Singapore to build, own and manage a refrigerated Fresh Food Distribution Centre.
2003年,职总平价合作社成为新加坡第一家建造,拥有并经营冷冻生鲜食品配送中心的零售商。
FairPrice Baby Plus Club was introduced to reach out to young families.
针对年轻家庭成立平价婴儿俱乐部。
NTUC FairPrice signed an agreement with ExxonMobil Asia Pacific to form an alliance to convert all Esso and Mobil service stations in Singapore to either FairPrice Xpress or Cheers convenience stores.
职总平价与埃克森美孚亚太公司签署联盟协议,亚太地区所有埃索和美孚新加坡的所有服务站均转为职总平价便利店和或雀喜便利店。

2004
Just Wine Club was launched to cultivate wine appreciation amongst FairPrice customers.
2004年,推出Just Wine葡萄酒俱乐部,旨在培育喜爱葡萄酒的客户。

2005
NTUC FairPrice and ExxonMobil announced the rollout of their service station retail alliance to all Esso and Mobil service stations in Singapore, converting all the petro marts into FairPrice Xpress and Cheers convenience stores.  
2005年,职总平价合作社和埃克森美孚公司联合宣布,新加坡所有埃索和美孚加油站的服务站零售联盟,将全部转为成平价便利店和雀喜连锁便利店。

2006
First FairPrice Xtra opened at Ang Mo Kio Hub, introducing a new hypermart retail format designed to offer a complete shopping destination for the entire family.
2006年,第一家平价Xtra在宏茂桥中心开业,引进了新的大型超市零售业态,打造家庭购物一站式服务平台。

2007
First FairPrice Finest opened at Bukit Timah Plaza.
Jointly developed with OCBC, FairPrice Plus was launched to provide hassle-free banking solutions to customers.
Second FairPrice Xtra opened at Hougang Point.
2007年,合作社第一家平价Finest(高端店)在武吉知马广场开业。与OCBC合作开发,推出平价Plus(超市银行),为顾客提供各种银行服务。第二家平价Xtra在Hougang Point开业。
The daily "FairPrice Green Rewards" initiative was implemented to reward customers with 10 cent rebate for a minimum S$10 purchase for bringing their own bag.
实施每日“绿色奖励”,对自带购物袋,且购物总额不低于10新元的顾客给予10分折扣奖励。
NTUC FairPrice and ExxonMobil celebrated the completed of their alliance to convert all petro marts at Esso and Mobil service stations to FairPrice Xpress and Cheers convenience stores.

【2008】
NTUC FairPrice partnered the Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority of Singapore (AVA) to encourage consumers to choose frozen meat in order to eat well for less.
2008年,职总平价合作社与新加坡农粮与畜牧局(AVA)合作,鼓励消费者为吃少和吃好而选择冷冻肉。
NTUC FairPrice Foundation, a registered charity organisation that is fully funded by NTUC FairPrice, was launched with a pledge of S$50 million over 10 years.
职总平价合作社基金会,一个完全由职总平价出资的慈善机构,10余年已累计捐资5000万新元。
Second FairPrice Finest store opened at Thomson Plaza. A new NTUC FairPrice logo was unveiled by Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew.

2009
FairPrice opens third hypermarket at Jurong Point.
FairPrice Xpress unveiled 24-hour grocery mart concept.

FairPrice launched Green Lifestyle Campaign, to commemorate World Environment Day on 5 June 2009.
FairPrice debuted on Facebook with 1,000 fans in the first 3 hours of launch.
